Home Rescue 911 offers home repairs and remodeling in the general Spokane area. We specialize in bathroom, kitchen and basement remodels. We can assist with the entire phase of the project from design to implementation.
We work with all ranges of budgets and strive to give the best value for the money.
We work by the hour on smaller projects or on larger projects, by a bid. For smaller jobs, the rate is $45 an hour for work within the twenty-five miles of Spokane Valley. For larger projects anticipated to take more than two or three days, a free quote is provided.

Bathrooms
A complete bathroom makeover doesn't have to be prohibitively expensive. A moderate bathroom makeover starts at $6500. This would include tearing out the old bathroom and replacing the toilet, tub, sink & vanity, tiling the floor and tub surround and re-painting the walls.
Remodeling a bathroom doesn't hide any existing structural problems. If the floors are rotten from water damage it does add to the cost to repair the rot before the remodel begins. Upgrading to costlier materials, moving the plumbed items add to the cost.

Kitchen - Before Remodel
Kitchen After RemodelExtended kitchen into dining area and built wall to
make room for the pantry on the end of the kitchen.
Full sized lazy susan cabinets in each corner,
installed all new cabinets, counter, sink and new
appliances.
Tub Before RemodelOld ratty tub with small tile surround.
Tub After RemodelRemoved old tub and surround. Replaced wall
behind tile with cement board. Installed new
spa tub which was only two inches wider than
old tub. New fixtures and a marble surround
made the bath now a place to relax.
Dining Room Before RemodelOther side of kitchen that was remodeld. Had an
"open" layout that wasn't really all that open.
Needed floors to be refinished.
Dining Room After RemodelWall was added (on other side is Kitchen Pantry).
Added moldings & light fixture. New patio door to
deck and new window. Refinished oak floors.
